Fox HR presents itself as a comprehensive human resource management solution, specifically designed for intelligent startups and small to medium-sized enterprises across various industries. This next-generation platform aims to enhance workforce management, transcending geographical limitations and offering an extensive range of functionalities from onboarding to offboarding employees and more.

As a SaaS application hosted on AWS, Fox HR embraces a plug-and-play model, enabling clients to promptly begin utilizing the system upon signing a license agreement. This solution addresses the diverse needs of human resource departments, employees, and management oversight. Fox HR integrates numerous HR functions such as benefits administration, payroll processing, attendance management, leave management, and additional services. Notably, it features both web and mobile applications, with the mobile app providing Employee Self Service (ESS) capabilities for tasks such as viewing personal information and submitting employee requests. Initially, Fox HR supports two languages: English and Arabic.

The functionality offered by Fox HR as a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) includes:

1. Employee Management: Comprehensive capture and storage of employee details, including personal, organizational, contract, benefits, cost, loan, family, leave, document, and asset information.
2. Attendance Management: Daily tracking of employee attendance against their shifts while documenting absences, tardiness, and missed punches.
3. Leave Management: Provides a listing of applicable leave types and allows for the submission of leave requests. It maintains leave balances and history for each employee.
4. Payroll Management: Automated payroll processing linked to attendance and leave data, with options for handling multiple currencies. The system enables the HR team to create payroll templates according to organizational hierarchies.
5. Request Management: A dedicated module for various employee requests encompasses 14 different types such as Leave Requests, Business Trip Requests, Expense Claims, Resignation Requests, and more.
6. Notification Management: Tools for viewing and managing both system notifications and those raised by HR personnel.
7. Workflow and Tasks Management: Manages approval workflows and task assignments pertaining to various HR processes.
8. Overview/Dashboards: Provides an at-a-glance summary of employee requests, approval statuses, attendance records, leave information, document details, and notifications.
9. Analytical Reports: Access to a suite of HRMS-related reports including financial reports, employee reports, attendance reports, and leave reports for informed decision-making.
10. Client Configuration: Options for setting various HR policy configurations and defining HR processes are available through this module.
